My beats fell apart when the side plastic separated next to the power button. Within 7 days my headphones were back with me and in perfect condition. Great service.

I sent my headphones off because there was crackling and one side wasn’t working. The communication was very good from start to finish and I got them back within a week. Very happy and would recommend 👍🏻 The whole experience was smooth and I'm satisfied with the repair and service.

My daughter's Beats Solo 3 Headphones had a broken hinge and failed right channel, all nicely out of guarantee. Contacted Fixheadphones via the web, who responded very quickly with a repair quotation and lead-time. Very easy process to send headphones, and all was repaired (within quoted cost) very quickly. Great service and communication by Louis and the team, and would recommend/use again in the future (this time probably for the left channel). Result = happy tennage daughter, and therefore parents!

Second time I've used this company. First time I ordered some replacement ear pads for my beats and they were super easy to apply. This time around I sent my beats to them for a replacement headband. Inspected the same day they arrived, super quick service and posted back to me the next day, I appreciate sometimes it takes longer but this was generally a surprise! Thank you so much!

Great communication and quick turn around, I struggled to find someone to repair these head phones having sent them to another company who said they could not be fixed.

I’ve used fix my headphones twice now for cracks and war and tear of my beats headphones and I’ve always had good service provided. Quick response and the wait time is not long at all. Will definitely recommend if you have any issues with your headphones

The company did an amazing job when it came to repairing my headphones. It was a reliable and fast service and the quality of the headphones was in good condition.

We took our broken Beats 3 headphones into an Apple store and they quoted £140 to fix them. We went back later and spoke to someone else who said they couldn't be fixed and we'd be cheaper buying a new pair instead.

So I searched online and found fixheadphones. From start to finish the whole experience with them was absolutely brilliant. Superb comms throughout from Louis. 4 days after sending the headphones to them they were back in my hands, fixed. The cost was £45. Can't recommend them highly enough and would definitely use them again!

Had some 6 year old beats solo 3s with very bashed up earpads, sent them to fixheadphones who replaced them, now looks good as new. Reasonable price also

One side of my headphones was not working, luckily I found this service and now it's fixed! It was a really easy process - the whole repair process + delivery took just over a week. Louis has been very helpful, answering all my questions and quick with replies! Would definitely recommend!
