Ben was competent and quick, did job properly and tidy up after self.

We had Oscar from FixIF fix a leak we had found behind our toilet. He was able to fix the leak and replace the pipes causing this and return the bathroom to how it was before. Very tidy and knowledgable.

Plumber was professional and conducted a thorough survey to locate the leak. Although the source of the leak could not be located he recommended the next step to have the pipes checked for blockage.

The call handler I spoke to this morning was very helpful and reassured me. Davide, the plumber, was very polite and efficient and repaired my leak. All done and dusted in three hours.

The plumber arrived the same day and he did a great job - resolving the problem quickly and efficiently- we were very pleased and would recommend.

Arrived nice and early the day after the emergency. A pleasant young man, adhered to covid rules asked about mask and wore over shoes in my property.
Talked and explained and showed me what the issue was and set about resolving it. Hopefully all good thought have holes in my kitchen ceiling which I hope will be resolved ASAP.

Speedy response from company. Plumber came at the time expected. He solved my problem, and other potential ones expertly .

Oscar called to se to our overflowing toilet cistern. He quickly replaced the inlet valve and arm with a version that did not catch on the flush valve> This had prevented the valve from shutting off and so water was coming into the cistern constantly. Oscar was very polite and considerate - asked if we wanted him to wear a mask and also used overshoes to prevent his shoes bringing in any dirt. He was very patient in explaining what he had done to the toilet to my Sister who is deaf. Thanks you Oscar .
