I would have rated this a zero but it…

I would have rated this a zero but it won't let me. I schedule an appointment online for them to come and look at my truck. I knew it was something different when he asked for my card online before they even came out and said it wasn't going to charge me. So I gave him a card that I did not have any money on. So I found up the earlier availability with another company so I canceled this one. After I cancel they attempted to charge my card $70 without even informing me of a cancellation fee. So the jokes on y'all.

Carlos was Excellent

This is one of the few mobile mechanics that allow you to schedule an appointment online so it was very convenient. Carlos let me know when he was on his way. I was not at the location of my car, which was okay. He kept me aware of every step and every issue via text and sent pictures of the problem and also a final diagnosis report. Quick, knowledgable, and professional!

Great experience with Edgardo replacing the starter

My starter died and FixMyCar had availability the next day which was perfect. Edgardo was my mechanic and he was awesome. Start to finish, he replaced the starter in 1.5 hours. The price was very fair and the at-home repair was super convenient and saved me the trouble of getting it towed. The mechanic was professional, courteous, and willing to answer any questions I had. My experience was 5/5 and I would use FixMyCar again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

Do not use this company!!! The mechanics only specialize in the basics of fixing a car, or at least the mechanic that came out to me! He came out did a diagnostic told me exactly what the problem was and that he could schedule me to get it fix! I was super excited until he contacted the only parts store the company contracts with and they had none of the parts I needed in stock! I had to uber to auto parts stores to pick up the parts for my vehicle to be fixed! After purchasing all the parts that I needed he still did not fix my vehicle! Then to make matters worse he did not put parts that was taken off back together correctly which caused me to face more issues with my vehicle. I tried serval times to contact to company and the mechanic via phone via text and got no response. So be aware if the mechanic can’t fix your vehicle they will leave as is and disappear. Once he realized he couldn't fix it he lied like he contacted the company, and they will have someone else to come out, but he doesn't know when!! Then finally the company reached out to me over a week later asking did I want them to come out because there was a note in my file stating what I needed to fix my vehicle?!?! Crazy right! So, the mechanic never told the company he did any work all because he didn’t know what he was doing and made matters worse! But things get worse!! To top it off they tried to charge my card over $400.00! Not once but twice. So, think twice before using this company unless u need something simple done to your car!!!!!! I will be contacting a lawyer!!

Contacted fix my car on a 10/16/22…

Contacted fix my car on a 10/16/22 Sunday. I called to add a service and thought everything was in order and I could make an appointment for that day. Ok perfect
But no I never received the new quote I even called a second time still nothing on my quote. Then I call Monday morning to try to get some clarity on what happened and that was even worst . I finally get my quote but now they don’t have any appointments until Tuesday.. oh and do you think they would provide any kind of customer service no that would be asking for to much.. the person I spoke with could careless about my issue.. yeah I’ll never contact this company again

Brian is the man !

Brian came out diagnosed the car, started off with simple small things 1st, got it out the way. And also did find other things that needed attention that I wasn't aware of, grateful for that as well. In the end he found the main issue and fixed it... so far so good car is running again . Couldn't be happier big thanks to Brian, hoping to see him again in the future to service my cars. Highly recommended!

Bryan at FIX MY CAR TEMPE AZ

Bryan performed the oil change on my car in North Tempe on 10-3-2022
Bryan arrived on schedule, was very professional but at the same time very personable. His service was timely and efficient including resetting the “maintenance needed” warning on my Prius V. Bryan is a great company asset!

Alex Cali

Alex was awesome. Arrived when he said he would and with the free diagnostic, he was able to suggest the required services, submit the quote for me, and very courteous! If all techs all like Alex, including being knowledgeable, you can't beat this organization even with slightly better prices.

I was surprised and impressed with the…

I was surprised and impressed with the service. Car broke down and required alternator and belt. Quote was close to local shop (which required tow and not able to promise day to complete). I had a lot of questions and the staff was extremely friendly and understanding and patient with me. I was able to schedule very quickly and Brandon showed up as schedule with all parts and tools and handled in just an hour. He was very courteous and professional and definitely very skilled. I am ready to have him tackle a couple of other maintenance items with my next oils change that a local shop has missed previously.
