They DO NOT return!!!!

This is my first time writing a review because their service is SOOOO BAD!!!!

I returned a product that cost over 1000kr.

1. I paid return fee (370kr) and they told me they will pay it back. But when it's time to pay back, they changed their words.

2. One month has passed, they didn't return the money for the product, and they don't reply to any of my emails!!

They should return me over 1400kr
But no reply and no money!!

Little did i know, that i need to return the product to GERMANY!!
I am fine paying the 370kr return cost.
Because i know i will never ever order from them again.

But at least the price of the product!!!
It was a dyson accessory. I mistakenly ordered the wrong model. So i need my money back to order the right one!!

LITERALLY THE WORSE

And this is really my first bad review ever.

I always write positive, or ignore negatives.

But here i want my money back!

I ordered on 21 februari 2023 two same parts for my bread baking machine. June 1 they came, but 1 was damaged. I wrote an email till Fixpart. They couldn't answer because they had too much emails. So I'm still waiting for an answer, but they want me to review, so hereby.
7-6-2023; update. Today I received an email, they sending 2 new ones the old ones I can keep. Great news!

Sent damaged item first time around

Sent damaged item first time around. They took about 3 months to respond, by which time we had sourced the part somewhere else. Then, instead of issuing a refund as we requested, they sent us the same part again, which we didn’t need anymore. Also very, very hard to get hold of a real person to manage the case. We won’t buy from them again.
