Absolutely the worst repair experience…

Absolutely the worst repair experience I have ever had — and I strongly advise others to avoid this shop.

I brought my Samsung S22 for what should have been a simple battery replacement, and everything that followed was a chain of mistakes, unprofessional behavior, and additional damage caused directly by this shop.

1. Non-original battery installed despite claiming it was “original Samsung”
I was explicitly told I would receive an original Samsung battery for €100.
Instead, they installed a third-party AMHigh battery (EB-BS901ABY) — NOT an original Samsung battery. Only after I confronted them about it did they finally offer an original Samsung battery, but not before first trying to scam me with the fake one.

2. Battery replacement gone wrong – internal cable damaged
During the initial battery replacement, the employee accidentally damaged an internal cable, and my phone stopped turning on immediately after their “repair.” Instead of taking responsibility, they acted as if it was a small issue and asked me to come again the next day. I had to return three separate times because the phone still wasn’t fixed.

4. New damage appeared: black spot on the screen
When I finally picked up the phone, there was a black spot on the display that was definitely not there before. Their staff immediately denied responsibility, even though this type of damage typically occurs when excessive pressure is applied during repair. The damage clearly happened in their hands.

5. The phone lost all network connectivity
After their work, the phone could no longer connect to my mobile operator (Odidio). No calls, no internet, no mobile data — the phone became completely unusable. Independent technicians confirmed that this type of problem typically occurs when a network antenna or its connector is damaged during repair, which matches everything that happened.

6. Zero accountability
Despite all of these issues —
• internal cable damaged
• wrong battery installed
• power-button cable damaged
• display damaged
• network antena likely damaged
— the shop refused to acknowledge their mistakes.

7. I had to formally warn them and request resolution
I sent detailed written requests demanding they repair the damage they caused, replace the screen, fix the antenna, or compensate me for a phone they turned into a non-functional device. I also informed them that I would report their business to Dutch consumer-protection authorities.

In short: a simple battery replacement turned into a completely destroyed phone.
Instead of professionalism, I met denial, poor workmanship, inconsistent pricing, and refusal to take responsibility for clear and verifiable damage.

I strongly advise anyone to think twice before trusting this shop with any repair. Their lack of technical skill and customer responsibility has cost me time, money, and a fully functional phone.
