I ordered a smartphone screen for 200€, it was delivered with a delay- no problem so far. BUT it was a used and broken one. I complained and their customer service asked me to send it back. After 3 weeks it was sent back and my complain was denied because THE SCREEN WAS MONUTED BEFORE AND IS BROKEN. INDEED THATS WHY I COMPLAINED.

I orderd a new battery for my Apple Macbook, it arrived quickly but did not work. I had to send it back at my own costs, then it took them 6 weeks to handle the case. Finally they payed back the money but without delivery or return costs. Worst custumer service, I will never order there again! Watch out!!!
