Good product, but don't like add ons after purchase.

The products sound great - yet to use. I value other reviews and based on those I put ion my order. My frustration was the continued add ons. Also, if I am the millionth order, why do I need to pay for the privilege with option to purchase more products cheaper!

Ordered 1 set of four BUT charged for two sets misleading emails about changing double billing

Double charges
I was charged twice for 2 packages of Fizzclean and when I objected immediately I was told that it is already in delivery. So I have to send back the items and then ask for a refund. I received the 4 items after 10 days! and now it seems so difficult to send it back and ask for a refund as there is no address to send back the extra items and no guarantee that I would be even refunded.

It took too much reading to get to the website to place and order, but once on the site, it was easy to place the order. Then there were far too many pop-ups to add on other products.

Just ordered it. Great advertisement. I will give a ten star rating if the product actually works as advertised.

Absolute scam. This expensive (as it does not work as advertised) powder is completely ineffective. Do not waste your money! It is no better than anything else you can buy at the stores. I bought five packets - don't be like me! :(

It was great but need to be careful of all the extras that are presented to purchase before final pay page which you have to opt in to, but I got caught on the last page where I didn't "opt out" of two items that were ticked for adding to basket and ended up paying an extra £25 for things I didn't want.

Yesterday I read this report about a brandnew toiletcleaner and got so excited that I totally lost track of my order. I just went wild ordering stuff and paid via PayPal. Then I started having second thoughts and asked to cancel. And guess what? Within minutes, I got a super understanding Email and a refund of my money. I am very impressed and I'll try another order the next days. Thank you of beeing so helpful!

Easy to manoeuvre. Too many additions after initial order.

The folks who work there are very helpful. We had a problem and they reached out to me to solve the issue. I have great respect for them and would do business with them again.

When anyone complains FizzC claim they can't trace the order from the review. They then acknowledge that they have details because they ask the many complainants to check their email inbox. Also most of the 4 star reviews are about process and anticipation rather than actual product experience.
Scam scam, full of bots, scam.

It was fast with a good explanatory narrative. I requested a fast shipping of the products and l look forward to receiving them ASAP.

The toilet cleaning product DOES NOT WORK! Secondly my attempts to return the product and get a refund have been met with obstruction and downright delaying tactics such as not providing the correct address to return the product to. I have requested the return address on multiple occasions from their support email address, and they point blank refuse to provide it, setting up circular replies. I'm sure they just hope I will give up and not waste more money on return postage to the address my package came from, which may or may not be the address to get a refund from! I believe this is a fraudulently operation and when you look at the product ingredients it is similar to using white vinegar and baking soda, but this product does not even bubble up at all! Avoid buying this product at all cost!

I sprinkled the correct amount of the powder, as per the instructions and waited 10 then 20 minutes for it to bubble up and become a foam.
Nothing happened. I waited a further 10 minutes, put a little more in. NOTHING. The powder just sank into the water. I flushed the cistern, hoping for something better. NOTHING. Absolute waste of space.

Now, I need to try to get my money back. I am hoping this is not a scam.

With (self-evidently) no objective means of evaluation, this product all but advertises it's a scam.

Well, duh.

Millions of negative reviews plainly absent only because the duped mugs are too ashamed to admit their stupidity falling for such a blatant scam.

Their website is basically a scam. I appear to have ordered £70 worth of stuff without ever going to a checkout. I said I would pay by Paypal,which was stupid of me,but I left the site thinking I hadn't actually ordered anything. They have my name and address via Paypal but they don't have an email address so I have no idea if or when this stuff will be delivered.
