good quality for an unbelievable price!

yes these aren't perfect quality, but at nearly 10% the price and no minimums, they are probably 80% quality, so great for charity rides, company jerseys (what we ordered them for), etc. if you want something that you can order a lot of without breaking the bank.

I got mine in a little over a month, which is really good considering import restrictions.

tip: order one size larger. if you've ever visited china you already know that, but don't say I didn't warn you!

Got them on time i specified and super satisfied with the product

Honestly at first, i was having hesitations that the products will arrive on time but they did. I really love how the peoducts look, and how they really followed through with my design.
I even followed up through facebook and through the website. Flamecycling responded well and on time to every query , questions and requests for updates i asked them for. Thanks Flame cycling! I will defintely be ordering again!:)

Creative Outlet

I have ordered more than one jersey from Flame Cycling, and I have been happy with the jerseys each time. It is a great way to get a custom designed jersey, whether it is to advertise or just a creative outlet. I would recommend Flame Cycling to anyone who desires custom cycling attire.

Used to be great and Now is AWFUL!!!

I ordered hundreds of Jerseys from them last year and had NOTHING but great things to say about them.

This year a TOTAL 180 degree turn. HORRIBLE customer service, NO RESPONSES to E-mails. Shipped EMS instead of DHL and it took over a month to get here. The team that needed them for a specific ride did not get them... Kept writing and writing the company with NO RESPONSE!

I am STILL trying to get a hold of them and they refuse to answer ANY E-Mails.

Last year I would have told everyone to buy from them... But with whatever change has happened I hate to say this because I really liked them but if you need Clothing for Cycling DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN TO ANYWHERE ELSE!

Nice shirt but size not as expected and zipper seems cheap

I am very impressed with the quality of the material and how the design turned out.

However, there are a couple of issues however:

- I ordered a 4x which, according to the label, is what I received. However, it is still too tight, more like a 2x.

- The zipper quality is not that great. I fear the plastic zipper will not last long, especially considering the tightness of the jersey. It is also difficult to zip. An upgrade to the zipper used (perhaps to a more durable metal version) might be advisable, even if it costs a little more.

Order made 18 April for Jersey and Bibs
After about 50 attempts in contacting them, WRONG ORDER sent on 7 May (jersey and shorts), and NOT THE APPROVED DESIGN design.
TOTALLY their mistake, so you'd have thought it would be fixed.
It's now 4 October and they wont reprint, wont respond to any messages/tickets after saying they'd give me a refund, nor have i received a refund.

SIMPLY, THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.
RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, LIARS. THEY JUST DON'T CARE ONCE YOUVE PAID, EVEN WHEN THEY COMPLETELY F UP AN ORDER.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR THEIR SISTER COMPANY ECLIPSE CYCLING.

Great product, but challenge to contact and get a response

The Flame Cycling kits are well worth the price. The quality is great, although the arm sleeves tend to be a tad tight. The chamois is top notch, similar to what I have in my JL Velo Team kits and the fabrics is pretty good, not great, but for $55 its really well worth it.

The problem is that you get very minimal communication after the up-front design work and the order status on the site isn't helpful. Assume from placing order to delivery is 10 weeks.

Again for $55, the kits were above what I expected and well worth it. Will definitely use again, but will order well in advance of the Need Date.

The best bang for your buck for a customized bike jersey!

The best thing about Flame Cycling is that you do not have a minimum order requirement. The jersey's look professional and are of decent quality. You can't go wrong for the price. They were very quick to get back to me when I had a question and were pleasent to work with. The only drawback is the apparal comes from China, so it does take a little bit to receive your order. That is obviously how they keep costs down. I would definitely go through Flame Cycling again.

Disgusting

I ordered goods with this company and was promised delivery on time for a cycle trip I had planned

The goods never arrived, they have ignored my emails and I am still waiting on repayment

This is the worst company for customer service I have ever dealt with

Nice kits, great price, order early

At first, I had reservations about dealing with a company half way around the world on a custom order, but the interaction using the 'Help Desk' forum worked well and the design templates were easy to use.

Colours were accurate and the padding in the seat of the bib shorts was surprisingly comfortable. The material was 'Coolmax' brand and rivaled any Sugoi or MEC kits at half the price. Sizing for north american body styles was a bit challenging but Flame Cycling provided us with a sizing chart that helped us pick the right sized shorts and jerseys. Everyone on our team was happy with the fit and overall quality.

One word of advice - order early! I placed the order for our kits at the end of April and they arrived 8 weeks later (no thanks to Canadian Border Services who held them for three weeks waiting for someone to call and send them a copy of the invoice...).

Overall, we were very happy with the finished product. I'd definitely order from Flame Cycling again!

Great print quality, afforadable prices, good delivery times

I ordered one jersey to check sizes and make sure it was what I wanted. It took a while to get the first jersey (about 7 weeks). It came and I was very happy with how my design turned out. I re-ordered six more jerseys and they came within three weeks. Combine the shipping time with the price and I couldn't be happier. Thank you.

Sizing for nicks was off, jersey zipper pokes out in a funny way.

I questioned the contact very closely about the sizing as, being a cyclist, I have very large legs compared to my other measurements. Based on their suggestions I went for XXL in the nicks - these are way too big; loose on the legs and waist. The chamois is also very stiff and not overly comfortable but this may be to do with the sizing issue. The jersey is an XL and fits OK but is rather short for an XL and rides up easily. Also, the zipper sticks out around 2-3 inches from the bottom which looks and feels weird.
The colours and text are fine for a budget jersey.
I would recommend the jerseys as they are quite cheap (in relation to other similar jerseys) and its fun to make your own design and add text. Good for a casual jersey/mates team shirt for a laugh.

great price, poor communication and good quality

Flame does a nice job of offering low minimum, good quality cycling clothing. Unfortunately, it is not perfect and at times you go days without hearing feedback and if you don't follow up, you'd never hear that your items shipped. I used Flame to design our clubs cycling kits, but now I have to order for everyone because they cannot get our kits images to appear. It has forced us to consider other vendors for what should be a simple fix. The quality is a good value although I have had to return a few items with mistakes. Overall pretty decent.

0 STARS - ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY DONT CARE!!!!

Order process is fine but once approved and you pay, that's where it all fell apart.

It took over 9weeks to receive the product I ordered, and it was wrong.

The design was not the approved version and I got different items to what I ordered.
I've emailed, opened tickets, contacted through Facebook and website - repeatedly!!!!
I had 1 response about 5 weeks ago saying they'd fix it and I've heard nothing since.

My advice is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT CARE AND WILL NOT RESPOND IF THERE'S AN ISSUE ONCE YOU'VE MADE YOUR ORDER.

I've given them ample chances to respond. All I want are the items I ORDERED or my money back. It's not rocket science and shouldn't be this hard.

Very nice product - High quality jersey

I really like how the jersey turned out. It was much nicer than my expectation. Very high quality, nice color. The only down size is the shipping. I didn't get any notification of when it was shipped... therefore no tracking number was provided and it took a while before I received the jersey. I could have given this a 5 starts if not for the slow shipment.

Would NOT recommend

The process runs smoothly until you actually place/pay for your order. The design process was a breeze. However, my order was placed over a month ago and I have received no update as to when the order will actually ship. There is NO customer service and you can never talk to a live person. When I did finally receive a response apologizing for the delay, it was never clear as to when the order would ship. I have missed the client's deadline and still have no tracking to even prove my order has shipped. I will be sure to use a domestic supplier from here on out.

Your clothing is too small...!!!

I was very disappointed in the customer service and the EXTREMELY long wait time Once I finally received the merchandise it was too small, with it being a custom order there is no way to exchange or return. I think I will look else where for someone to fulfill the orders for our event.

Nightmare Company, Avoid at All Costs

Any company that does not provide a phone number for customer service should be a huge red flag. This company touts excellent customer service and promised a response to my order with 24-48 hours, it has now been weeks.

This organization does not make it clear that the sizing chart they use is "Asian" and that U.S. or European customers must order many sizes larger for the correct fit. The company also takes MONTHS to complete any order large or small.

This is a pathetic excuse for an organization and I am so glad I got to cancel my order before having to give them a single cent.

Chamois Are Great, Shorts are good, Jersey's... leave a bit to be desired

For starters, lets remember we're talking about a custom 1 off kit for $55! So, it's all good to me. However, the jersey cut is a bit off. The chest on many of my club mates jersey's (all different shapes and sizes) seem to buckle and puff. The fit is not exactly club cut and for sure not racer cut. Material is good, stitching a bit loose, could be better. Several of our orders have been delayed beyond 6 weeks, and several people have received incorrect imprints (example, names were switched on personalized jersey's) Other than those critiques, the merchandise isn't that bad. It's for sure not Castelli, Nalini, Garneau, name brand quality, but you're not paying $189 for Bibs and $150 for Jersey that everyone else will have too!
