The team at Flame cycling did a good job with my order. The website was pretty easy to use although the logo wouldn't upload via the template and I had to send it via email. No real issue though. I only ordered one jersey as I wasn't sure what the quality was going to be like plus I was a little worried about the quality of the printing. No complaints though! Printing has come out clearly and accurately, garment is good, sizing is pretty right. I'll order again for sure! Postage was super fast!

The printed shirt is exactly as ordered but it took two months from order to delivery...

Multiple emails requesting status updates went unanswered.

I have ordered three times from flame cycling and they have delivered each time. THe best part is the design is simple to do and they respond quickly with changes. Also no minimum orders.

For value for money you cannot go past them.

Ordering our team jersey with Flame Cycling was a breeze. Their online design tool was excellent and very user friendly. Their customer service is very good and reliable to provide timely response. I was surprise how professional the team was and there was no language issues which I was initially worried about. Most importantly the quality of the product is great. You cannot fault the quality. The delivery was also fast and it came earlier than expected. The whole team is truly happy about it and we are now collecting a second set of orders. We ordered more that 30 sets of jerseys and no one has complained about anything. I can truly recommend this company if you are after quality jerseys and hassle free customer experience.

While it takes a little time for the customizing process (which I would totally expect!), once finished shipping is FAST! Customer service responds within minutes of sending out an email. The jerseys and bibs are exactly as they were designed, which was a simple process. The colors are vibrant and my small hometown cycling team looks like a group of professionals thanks to the quality and affordability of Flame Cycling.

Wonderful to deal with. My only suggestion for US buyers is to buy one size larger than usual -- they run on the small size.

We went full custom, which meant we couldn't use their online tools (I played with the online design and was surprised at how well it works, but still we had to make our's from scratch). What made me happy was their ability to follow our layout perfect. There where no flaws at all and the turn around time was quick. Full custom work, great discount (18 kits), and to my door in 31 days. Very happy, will be getting second set soon.

It was horrible, will not use again

New shirt, new design, great help in getting the slogans etc right before making the shirt.
I would recommend if ording from the UK or Europe, order a size larger than you would normally or suggested by the web site, they are slightly smaller than we are used to.

Initial order did take 10 weeks to receive, but it was good quality and look really good. Re-order only took three week to receive. Flame cycling did respond to all my 'trouble tickets' within 24-hours so communication was open and good (do not send email - those were not responded to - use the ticket system).

It was worth the long wait. The design that I uploaded came out marvelous. I would recommend this company any time.

After receiving the items the printing is quite reasonable, colors matched and decals were visible however that is not the issue.

The measurements for myself came up small after making sure all fits were measured correctly and when the kit arrived this was not good after all. Around 1.5 inches too big around the stomach area causes the jersey to constantly ride up, flap about and look very unprofessional.

The shorts are fitting however the pad is completely out of alignment also, its situated too far back causing discomfort and having to putt them around to try and get a good fit.

Leading a small cycling club this test kit failed, we will be using another company unfortunately...

I ordered a short sleeve bike jersey from Flame Cycling. The order was processed promptly and I received the jersey in about one month - very acceptable. The letter on the front, because of the zipper, was off side to side by about 1/8 inch. I wish the colors were brighter. I selected red and blue, and the finished colors are about half as bright. The material is good and the sizing correct. I like the jersey and will reorder at some point - but would like brighter colors.

The company's interface was easy to use and I was able to create a great design with their templates. The correspondence with the sales rep when i was ready to place my order was concise and prompt, despite the language barrier. And to that end, the only reservation I have about the company that was in China was that the product was order in the end of Sept., and it arrived a month later. This only makes sense, since I ordered only one product and they had to print and then ship to the States. So just leave yourself plenty of time to design and order your product. I give them a lot of credit for printing individual orders, but best yet, is that they keep the design, so next time I order, my design is all ready for me! Overall, I've been pretty impressed.

Great value, but forget 15 days. If you can wait 2 to 3 months you will be very happy

We found the design service easy to work with, and the communication was generally very good and prompt. The quality of the jerseys is pretty reasonable, and certainly we high as we expected for general use riding jerseys. The timing of the delivery was well within promised time frames, and was easily tracked once posted. We will definitely use Flame Cycling again for our next order.

The ordering process was kind of confusing. There is no phone number to call and speak with someone, you have to do all of it over email. They are not the best or fastest with responding to the emails but they do eventually respond. It took us 2 months to get our order and I thought it would only be a few weeks so I got nervous. But the our order did show up and the product was good. Just give yourself plenty of time to receive your order!

Flame were efficient, price competitive, helpful and product arrived as expected, no disappointment.

The ordering process took some patience, but once I understood their requirements it worked out. The quality was good, the size was ok-- a little short. The price was awesome and I would order from Flame Cycling again.
