We used Flame Tek last year December and I have to say Mo has been great from start to finish. When I originally asked to quote for the works, Mo came across very professional and explained the job and gave me his recommendations.

The works invovled removing and old boiler from upstairs and installing a new one downstairs including pipework. We are very happy with the standard of works the engineers cleaning up after themselves.

We decided to go with the baxi boiler rather than the Worcester and couldn't be more pleased with it.

I have recommended Flame Tek to others. It is worth just asking for a quote as you have nothing to lose.

We were extremely pleased the service we had from FlameTek. They gave us the most competitive price out of the four quotes we had, to fit our new boiler. They were very professional, punctual and the quality of workmanship was second to none, even down to removing their shoes and covering our hall and stair carpet. We would highly recommend FlamTek to anyone.

The installation of my gas central heating done by Flametek was very good, he used good quality products and provides annual gas safety checks. The work did overrun the time quoted.... however this was due to unforeseen circumstances. My only criticism is that a few minor details did not meet my expectations but were resolved later. e.g. some pipework was left visible not boxed in.

Mohammed installed our boiler, he booked us in really quickly. It was less than a day job and it's all still functioning perfectly, the house nice and warm.

Obtained several quotes, although not the cheapest, arrived promptly to explain the difference between, with pros & cons between our old boiler system and the combination that we were interested in.
We were impressed with enthusiasm and booked in an early Instalation date. Turned up exactly the time & date stated and installed in a day, although they had to work late to achieve this. Polite & respectful and pleased our light carpets were covered with a protective film. Overall very satisfied with the results.

We had a new Baxi boiler fitted by Flametek. They removed all rubbish and cleaned up after them which was great. Overall a good job.

Having spoke to several other companys I came across flametek.
Straight from the onset they explained to me step by step what the job involved ,how long it would take, and most of all how much disturbance would be caused around the house.
They work was carried out exactly as was quoted and taking into consideration it was a complete heating system with all new pipework I was amazed as to how clean and tidy they were
My floor boards were taken up and put back like they never been disturbed
This company is very professional in their work and most of all take pride in their work.

I used Flame Tek after reading other recommendations, admittedly they were not the cheapest that I could have used however their rates were still competitive and reasonable.
What drew me to using this company was the facts that they pride themselves on a being a family friendly local Company and that their service levels don’t just stop at installation it carries on after too.
I was offered various products and able to make an informed rescuing without feeling pressured to buy a top of the boiler. I chose a Valiant system that I have been very happy with.
They are one of politest companies that I have the pleasure of dealing with, they were very polite and very efficient making sure that they disposed of all of old systems no charge and cleaned up after themselves each time they have visited the property.
I have awarded Mo and Flame Tek 5 stars as I have found them to be a company that delivers on its values and will also like to state that nothing was too much trouble.
I had a slight leak in a old radiator that occurred after after the installation and they didn’t hesitate to come back and resolve the very next day. No charge.
Good luck Flame Tek and hope you go from strength to strength. I will certainly always use them for any future services and any general plumbing heating needs.
