Mo and Ash are both respectful and punctual, attended on time with shoe coverings, masks and gloves. The work took a bit more tome than what was intended due to logistical problems but managed to find solutions. Professional and true to his quote. Didn’t leave a mess afterwards. We opted for a top of the range Vaillant boiler with 10 year extended guarantee at a very competitive price (when compared to 3 other quotes received, including British Gas - FlameTek offered a higher spec model and much cheaper).
