Hi Justin. The virtual Visa card is legitimate and issued by our fulfillment partner, Tremendous. It works at most merchants that accept Visa, with standard prepaid card limitations. It can’t be used for cash withdrawal, and virtual Visas require online checkout. For in-store purchases, the card can be added to a digital wallet and used with tap-to-pay.
We can’t see transaction attempts on our side, but we’ve followed up by email with clear steps and Tremendous support resources so you can confirm where the card is accepted and resolve any usage issues. Thanks!

How stupid do they think people are to presume that no one would put together that trustpilot doesn't give out any identifying information, and I've never contacted anyone from Flash Rewards, that's a lie about not having surveys I mean c'mon, theres a button that says surveys leading to a dedicated section comprised entirely of the worst paying surveys I've ever seen, and the statement that I cashed out in June has two more lies bc I just downloaded the app in early December 2025 and I've never cashed out on this app. Very sus that they had no issue with just saying whatever to save face. How bout just improve on the areas that make me feel like your app is trash instead of doubling down with more garbage in an overtly dishonest reply? Someone please explain how exactly they were able to reference my account history if they have zero details to look up my account with? Trustpilot's doesn't give out user info like that and even so, let's say they did in some idiotic lapse of common sense that would make any corporate lawyer cringe into a fetal position. Games were so easy to download and play. There was a nice selection of games and apps that tou could pick from. Cashing out tour reward was a quick and easy process. Ive participated several times and would highly recommend.

It’s not a scam… but they do play with you
It’s not a scam… works. But they do play with you and don’t give you credit if it doesn’t track even with proof you did what was needed. There was about 4-6 games/apps I did everything needed for it but was stuck in started and they refused to give me credit even though I was able to provide proof of signing up and downloading it and reaching the levels. Service absolutely sucks. I think it’s automated responses and they are unhelpful and won’t do anything if it doesn’t track.
