Can't use the virtual card I was given. Card was denied in gas station. Just tried making online purchase several times and got error message each time. Ya guys tell me I earned a reward that doesnt work. So this is turning out to being the same as all other games. Offers are bogus and payouts are scams

$100 reward only received after escalation and re-review
In the end, I did receive the reward I was working toward, and I’m glad it was resolved. That said, the process was stressful and took much longer than it should have. My account was initially flagged and suspended due to a misunderstanding so I had to threaten legal action and provide evidence before they realized what happened. If things had been handled more carefully from the start, I could have received my reward much sooner and with far less frustration. The platform needs better customer protections and clearer handling of situations where account information could be misinterpreted. The end result was positive, but the journey to get there felt unnecessarily difficult. Hopefully in the future it goes smoothly.

I spent endless hours completing the rewards for the $100 gift card reward!
I completed 1 reward from level 1(level 20 of merge mansion), 1 reward for level 2(level 100 of word farm), and 3 rewards from level 3(level 100 of solitaire, level 15 of bingo cash, and LEVEL 80 of thread jam)
After completing level 80 of thread jam, I was ecstatic to receive my $100 gift card, as I had done everything correctly. However, I checked the website and the rules had changed to complete level 110 of thread jam rather than level 80.
This prevented me from being able to receive my $100.
I more than deserved my $100 gift card, I worked hard for it however after kindly reaching out, my ticket was closed and reward was not granted.

When you submitted your cash out, the cash out page clearly showed the amount and explained that it can’t be changed after submission, and that you won’t be eligible to cash out again until the next eligibility period. Since the claim was already submitted and fulfilled for $5, we can’t adjust it after the fact.
If anything looks off with a deal credit or deal requirements, please reach out before submitting the claim so we can review it and work toward a resolution before anything is submitted as final.
