I was contacted really quickly after I had submitted my details. I was sent flight details and cost. When I asked if I could have a layover one the way home, a new itinerary was sent thru. Jodie was most helpful during the process of booking our flight.

Jim was very switched on, patient , friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to suggest more workable solutions than some of the flights, I had planned. All my queries were answered in a promptly with clear explanations.
