We have booked 2 trips now through Flat Beds and have had amazing service both times. Special mention to Jim Smithson for the effort he has given us has been amazing.

This booking was not our first with Flat Beds, in fact it is our third. Always a very reasonable price and fast service for at times a complicated itinerary across our travel needs.
We have looked at other providers, but they can't match the personal service or the price point. We highly recommend Flat Beds.

Great service and good quotes

We have used Flat Beds 3 times now after receiving a recommendation from my sister. We are blessed to have been assisted by Tess on every occasion and always the experience has been seamless. Our enquiry was quickly picked up by the team in Tess’ absence & we had a great idea of the flight availability and price which allowed us to proceed with investigating accommodation and tours. As always, we received our itinerary for review and payment and ticket issue within 24 hours. We are flying with our airline of choice, Oman Air which we would never have been aware of if not for Tess on our original trip. Flat Beds, cannot recommend highly enough.

I rang Alex Marks, who had helped us with reservations in 2025, when the office opened and by mid day we had received a few options for a return multi city flights to Europe, made a decision and our etickets were in my inbox at 12.30pm. Alex was very helpful and knowledgeable.

1. Communication with the consultant was very good.
2. Great for more complex routes. It is not always easy to book flights to land in one country and depart from another. This aspect was dealt with in a way I probably couldn’t have.
3. Really good business class fares. Access to great deals and knowledge of the carrier was appreciated. (Even though I research everything)

I was extremely impressed with my experience of using Flatbeds to book our business class flights to Europe later in 2026. Cody was the Airfare Specialist that replied to my initial email. I gave him a pretty tight budget to meet which initially he didn't think would be possible but then with some tweaking of our route and keeping a very close eye on the various airlines he was able to come in under budget with a great option which we booked with. There is no way I would have been able to find this deal despite experience booking on-line flights myself in the past.
All dealings with Cody both email and on the phone were excellent. I would definitely use Flatbeds for any future premium travel.

madeleine is absolutely fabulous .. and patient with so many questions and revised plans. I heartily recommend her and flat bed for anyone who wants to travel in comfort and needs expertise about most sensible routes to get to where you want to go!
