Things weren't clear (to me) on the website. My query was answered promptly, in a very friendly manner. Delivery was as described, ethically (and attractively) packaged. The coffee is lovely: full-bodied and flavoursome (but I knew that from having it in a restaurant, which is why I bought it) .
On this experience, very highly recommended.
