I looked at this website under good faith with what they said that you could purchase items like you purchase items like you can from places like Amazon, not once did they say that you are signing up to a subscription! I have been all over this dodgy website to try and cancel my account that I HAD to create, and there is NOWHERE where I could cancel my account, if there was then I would have cancelled my account there and then but I swear they have done that on purpose so they can rip people off! At the moment I am signed off work due to long-term sickness as I'm waiting on a operation, and I set money aside for me to get to hospital but this company have taken that money and now I can't get to my operation I've told them thus and they have shown absolutely no compassion whatsoever, as they have told me that I will have to wait 35 days for the money to go back to my account because according to them it's a voided transaction but it isn't they have TAKEN my money and I've had this confirmed by my bank, so they should be refunding me which as everyone knows takes 3-5 working days but they won't! I've noticed that they have only replied to the positive reviews and not the negative reviews not even offering people who have left negative reviews any help in resolving there complaint and that should tell you what you need to know about this so called company! They are basically taking money of people under false pretenses and not helping them when they do! If you were thinking about signing up to FLAVA I would think twice before you do, I'm not telling you what to do with your money I'm Just trying to save you getting ripped off like I did and others havr done.

I haven't even ordered anything yet. Lucky I didn’t . just read the terms and conditions of the 12 week unregulated agreement . What they fail to inform you, is that you have to pay the first 6 weeks off so they can get to know you as a customer. It’s not a credit agreement at all if they hold the items while you pay it off 😆 stay away

I ordered from this company a few times. Never had a problem items picked and delivered quickly. Easy to set up and payments taken.
Was all fine until the last order which DPD have said was delivered and never was. Flava have been of no help and just keep giving me the date it was delivered. Items nearly two weeks later have still not been received and still getting told nothing they can do as delivered. They are now trying to take payment for the next installment. Think it's bad that Flava will just take DPDs word for it and not help the customer. Don't use this company

Be careful. They set me up with a credit account and have 3 times tried to take 29.99£ from the bank. After they had tried to check it again and order some things a pop up appears saying they will not deliver to NI among others. They take the bank details before telling you this. I would assume some employee would have had a little sense and checked addressed before trying to lift money. Anyways I was lucky as my bank thought it was fraudulent and blocked the payment and reported them
