I am extremely disappointed with the service. I still haven't received my order, and despite contacting the company by email to report the missing delivery, I have received no response.
I have been waiting for my order with no updates or explanation about where it is. The lack of communication and customer support is unacceptable.
I would like an immediate response and a resolution — either delivery of my order or a full refund.
Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company.
