Feeling like an idiot now for not looking at these reviews first. Product immediately struck me as low quality with additional plastic and scratches and then I noticed a small crack in the side.
Seems that won't be getting my money back either based on these reviews.

I sent 3 emails to this company requesting information on how to return the product which went totally ignored. I finally got a response on the 4th attempt and the customer service email was very hostile. They asked me to provide proof that I’d bought the item from them, despite the order number being provided in my email, before they would provide me with any further assistance. I’m not expecting to hear back from them, and seeing other reviews, looks like they expect the customer to pay to return to Australia! I’ve tried to look for the website and can see it’s been taken down, so I assume this is a scam. Very unimpressed.

Horrible customer service, poor quality product, impossible to return or get your money back. Stay away!! Total scam, they will not respond your emails or calls. This company should be sued.

I bought two golf brushes. Very poor quality, especially the holders. Impossible to remove and insert the brush without handling the holder. Emails, asking to return the brushes and have a refund, completely ignored. Off to the charity shop with them now, although not sure that they'll want them! Don't waste your money like I did!

From other reviews see that there is no proper customer service and everyone else is complaining about the quality. Wish I had not bought it, do not buy it!

Terrible product and not worth £1. Refused to refund after I sent back. Total scam. Beware.

Does not fit together properly, after an initial response from the company on how to put it together (heating in hot water to soften plastic to get the base on) The brush now gets stuck in the basket, the only way would be to hold the base a pull out the brush - not very hygienic. I have not used the item and have asked two times over 12 days on how to return and refund. No response yet. Fingers crossed they finally answer me today as I currently feel like i have been cheated and fallen for a scam.

Poor quality product and not colour ordered. Asked for refund. Asked to photograph product….
From other reviews see that there is no proper customer service no invoice attached nor return label.

Appalling quality. Cheap thin plastic, look so cheap, not fit for purpose ( golf style brushes no way of putting the used brush back in the holder without holding it open. Falls over very easily which presumably is why it is shown stuck to a wall.
Avoid. Am trying to return

Awful awful awful! Waste of time and money. A huge SCAM. DO NOT BUY.

Terrible company. Really poor quality plastic, arrived broken, plastic bent and there inner case popping out of outer casing. When requested a full refund I was offered 10%. Returns are expected to be sent from UK to Australia at customers own expensive. Can’t criticise their marketing but their product was very disappointing.

Absolutely terrible company - do not buy it! They sent a broken product, and then refused to give me a refund. I had used the product once, which is how I realised it was faulty, and on this basis they are refusing the refund. Most appalling service ever, and an absolute joke that they claim to have good service on their website.

Ordered 2 white brushes through a uk website. 1 white 1 green arrived. I pointed their error out was told for the inconvenience I have 10% on my bill. I refused asked to return, which turns out to be at my expense to a site in Australia. Feel I had no choice but to accept but have now started a complaint through my credit card. Wouldn't touch them or their products with a very long barge pole !!!!

Quality of the products is absolutely terrible. The cheapest plastic they could find. They are also awful to communicate with when trying to get a refund and won’t pay the return postage when the item is clearly faulty.

The brushes are not great quality. The handles were off centre & the white is more an off white colour. The three I got did not stand upright & the attached fittings were useless. Customer service got back to me quickly & after a bit of reluctance refunded the order after I paid for the return.

I purchased a Silicone Toilet FlexiBrush @ £14.99 and on arrival the middle piece was missing. On contacting customer services I was told that I had to have the original packaging of which I'd already informed them that I'd immediately thrown it away as it was bin day.
I didn't expect there to be a problem, they could easily have sent the missing item. Oh, and the brush is very poor. They also expected me to to PAY to return it even though they had left something out!

The brush arrived fine. But it’s the customer service that’s horrendous. I tried getting in touch to enquire on how I can clean the brush. Emailed twice and never got a response. For a peace of mind, I suggest to avoid purchasing from them as you won’t get a reply if anything were to happen.

I had a better experience with the company than the other reviewers here. The product arrived even though a couple of days later than promised. I put the order through on Sunday night and the brush was delivered on Wednesday afternoon. The product was packed in its own cardboard box, not bent and not damaged. It is true that the product is not of great quality and I can buy something cheaper on amazon. I'm somewhat disappointed, but at the same time I've received the product I ordered.

I purchased a flexibrush on 28th April 2022.it arrived damaged. I contacted the company and never got a response. I asked for a refund, They just ignored it. What a company
