The brush arrived broken, which is no surprise because the shell is flimsy plastic, and any emails sent to the customer support address are bounced back as undeliverable. Well that was a waste of £16.

I wish I had read these reviews first!! Product is of a cheap quality, some of the plastic bottom was snapped and everything was bent out of shape.
Tried to contact them but now I have an email error saying the email does not exist! This must be a complete scam! I assume I will not be getting any refund on this! I would rate no stars but had to give at least 1!

Terrible customer service. You can’t actually leave a review on their own website either! I have tried and I am blocked from writing a review.
Item arrived damaged. I asked to return it and was told I’d have to pay for the return myself even though it’s damaged!

Took my money straight away and I am still waiting for 2 brushes to be delivered

TERRIBLE non existent customer service! My parcel has been " lost in transit " according to Amazon Shipping. I have sent 4 e mails to Flexibrush and am being ignored. Flexibrush took my money on 29 April and I have received nothing form them.
AVOID AVOID this scam company!

I am not sure this company is genuine .
The product I received was not the one on the website and the quality was very poor.

Item was received with only one of the components required to attach it to the wall. Two polite emails asking for the missing part to be supplied have been completely ignored. Appalling service.

Pretty dreadful. Arrived bent out of shape and doesn't even fit the holder. Poor quality. AND if you want to return the product, you have to pay the postage yourself!

Firstly I have never received the brush so I can’t really comment on its quality. However my first concern was that I didn’t receive a confirmation message for my order. I did notice that the money had been debited from my account almost straight away. The promise of next day delivery didn’t exist. Waited a week, before I emailed them. I eventually got a reply. In which they asked me to confirm my shipping address. Then they would send me one soon as. No brush. In the meantime I looked at reviews on Trustpilot and decided to cancel the order. So emailed again as yet to no avail. I also tried to message them on their contact page but surprisingly it does not let you write on the comment section. Surely there must be a way to hold this company accountable? By the look on the reviews a lot of people have had the same bad experience. I’m not holding my breath for a refund.

Item was damaged (scratched)and they have since ignored all contact. It’s also really bad quality - the inside of the holder comes apart and it’s unstable which is not a quality you want from a toilet brush. Don’t waste your money.

The blue is a completely different colour to the one shown on the website, the internal brush holder falls out of the main holder when removing the brush so you would have to touch it every time you wanted to use it. Also arrived with the incorrect hooks. Not fit for purpose. Awful purchase, would be returning if there weren't so many reviews stating it's a waste of time as the refunds rarely appear!

DO NOT ORDER! Product came significantly damaged. I sent email with pictures attached, they emailed back once but I have since been Ignored repeatedly with no resolution made. Really disappointed- do not waste your money!!!

I ordered four of these brushes as others have for around £35. They did arrive but were very poor quality, certainly not the best silicone brush as per their website. The reviews on their website must be fake. The brushes did not look the same as photos. I emailed and they said to return at my cost which I did and was at further expense to me. The items arrived and were signed for but I have received no refund and they are not answering my emails. I would say avoid this company. They do not seem reputable based on current experience.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Don't think this is a legit company. Product was very poor quality and not as advertised. Arranged a return at my own expense, and now they are avoiding giving me the refund. They do have a team of people replying to emails, but are doing everything to avoid actually refunding me. Taking up dispute via credit card company as thankfully I returned via signed delivery (the cost of which was probably more than the order was worth! So cheap and nasty)

Complete scam. The real product doesn't exist and was sent a completely different cheap item. Waiting to hear back but have no hopes after reading the rest of these reviews.

Terrible company ever, I ordered brush and got to wrong address, I emailed them and no response. I request for a replacement and yet to hear anything from them. Poor services avoid them!!!

Do not reply to emails, no phone number, no proper address, a scam company, avoid!

Ordered 2 brushes, the cheaper one arrived - its a loo brush, it does the job. However 6 months and many refund requests later I am still awaiting the more expensive one. Flexi Brush did reply to an email stating delivery issues and it was on the way. However I dont think I will ever get it as it has now been 6 months, Taken in by the web page - should have looked on here first! We live and learn!

Orders 2 brushes and they arrived dirty! Emailed this company 5 times to request a refund and heard nothing. Send them back to head office and still heard nothing! This company is a joke!!!
