Bought my first desk and loved it, purchase a second desk, and there was an error on the controller display. I followed their steps to double check, took a video of the issue per their request and sent it in. It seemed that the error was something that they don’t see too often. It took them a couple weeks to get it resolved, cause they had to escalate the issue which made me a little nervous since it’s a $600 desk that did t work. And I’m glad I was patient, the support team at Flexispot is sending a full replacement for the issue, they’re not requiring me to go through any return process either. In retail not every single item is going to come out perfect that’s just the way life is, but I’m glad they found a solution and didn’t require me to put in any effort to get my replacement. Very professional! Vince, Patrick and Joan were the support agents who got the job done, thank you! I love the adjustable flexispot standing desks, support team just earned my business for life. Great customer support experience
I ordered two desks from them, and after a few days of not getting any updates regarding them shipping, I contacted customer support. They got back to me within a day, and let me know the color of frame I ordered was out of stock, and that my order had been updated to a different color and would be shipped to me ASAP. The person assisting me was kind and courteous, and got back to me quickly each time he needed to. If anyone ever has any issues with their order, I definitely recommend reaching out to them, as they will treat you well and work to get any problems resolved as quickly as they can.

Absolutely fantastic standing desk, I am very happy with it. FlexiSpot has incredible customer service as well. My desktop developed a minor defect after two years, FlexiSpot was quick and responsive to send me a replacement desktop.

Superb products! My wife and I both work from home. I got her an E7 pro last Christmas and she loves it! I was so impressed with the solid construction paired with the smooth finesse of the function that I had to treat myself with my own office upgrade. When the top arrived there were three gouges in the box, two of which presented dime sized gouges in the surface of the desktop. I requested an exchange. Romica in Flexispot customer service responded almost immediately. We exchanged a few emails. And just like that a replacement top is on the way. I am very pleased with Flexispot, not just because they offer a well designed product, but because of their excellent customer service as well. I will continue using their products as my business grows. Thank you!

Love all Three Items I Have from FlexiSpot
I have three products from this company (two sit-stand desks and one office chair), and the quality is amazing. I've had no issues whatsoever, except for a recent concern with the table-top on one of my desks. When I reached out to FlexiSpot, they immediately sent me a table-top replacement. (This is for a desk I purchased three years ago, by the way.) This is just a great company all around.
