Excellent Technical Support

Purchased standing desk through Amazon in 3/2024. Had an issue with the controller about a month ago, couldn't find any replacement parts on Amazon. Reached out to FlexiSpot support and described the problem. I received a response within a few hours with detailed troubleshooting guidance that resolved the issue with the controller! Brilliant! I thought I would have to replace the desk. Extremely happy with the support I received!

Great customer support

Great customer support. Have a desk I ordered years ago that had a bad motor. After spending a few minutes trying to troubleshoot with support they were able to send me a new frame assembly. Glad I can continue to use the desk after already getting so much use out of it.

Fantastic quality

Not only have I loved my desk, but when my glass counter broke, a new one was swiftly sent for replacement. The customer service has been exceptional as well as the products themselves. Well done Flexispot!

The best customer service ever

The best customer service ever. Very quick to respond over email, very nice, polite, and very easy to deal with. The replacement part was on its way on the second day and I received it on the fifth day after contact the customer service. Again, the best customer service ever.

Good quality , ok custom support. delivery process need to be improved

I bought 2 desks, both are E7. The first one is nice and my wife like it, though there is a small dent on the desktop. The second one is defective in the delivery but they will send a replacement.

Overall, the desk is in good quality, stable, big enough. It will be good to improve the delivery process to ensure the product is not damaged.

Phenomenal Customer Service!

Last month I ordered, then received, one of their shelves from Home Depot. It came as scheduled, but the box was somewhat banged up (HD’s fault). The tears in the box caused a couple bolts and one of four brackets to fall out before delivery. I contacted FlexiSpot for resolution, seeking only the missing parts. They sent an entire replacement!

The replacement was received and installed. It exceeds my expectations, and I’m very satisfied with the product. Thank you!

Best company out there

Best company out there, bike started making a clicking sound while peddling and they sending me a new bike. Otherwise its an amazing product I use daily and has done wonders for my focus/work.

I’ve had a HAT desk for 5 years now with delight and just ordered a second one. My order got mixed upon the check out and via quick chat with Ann CSR my issue got resolved. ❤️

Will be coming back for other products.

Sport team is great. They solved my issue.

Bought my first desk and loved it, purchase a second desk, and there was an error on the controller display. I followed their steps to double check, took a video of the issue per their request and sent it in. It seemed that the error was something that they don’t see too often. It took them a couple weeks to get it resolved, cause they had to escalate the issue which made me a little nervous since it’s a $600 desk that did t work. And I’m glad I was patient, the support team at Flexispot is sending a full replacement for the issue, they’re not requiring me to go through any return process either. In retail not every single item is going to come out perfect that’s just the way life is, but I’m glad they found a solution and didn’t require me to put in any effort to get my replacement. Very professional! Vince, Patrick and Joan were the support agents who got the job done, thank you! I love the adjustable flexispot standing desks, support team just earned my business for life. Great customer support experience

I ordered two desks from them, and after a few days of not getting any updates regarding them shipping, I contacted customer support. They got back to me within a day, and let me know the color of frame I ordered was out of stock, and that my order had been updated to a different color and would be shipped to me ASAP. The person assisting me was kind and courteous, and got back to me quickly each time he needed to. If anyone ever has any issues with their order, I definitely recommend reaching out to them, as they will treat you well and work to get any problems resolved as quickly as they can.
