Great customer service

I ordered the wrong chair. They made it completely painless to return and replace with the correct model, getting it shipped to me quickly without issue. Fantastic customer service!

Flexispot air fryer display issues

So after 2 years of owning a flexispot air fryer, on the middle row of the display, where you see the numbers for the time and temp are not lighting up anymore. Very frustrating to try and make out what the display is showing there. The fryer still heats and works well beside this. I have reached out to customer service for repair of the fryer with no success from Flexispot. I guess this will be my last Flexispot product.

Customer service was incredible

Customer service was incredible. My desktop arrived damaged (looks like someone at UPS dropped it) - they immediately shipped a replacement and I had it within 4 days. I finally got the desktop set up (which was easy since the holes were pre-drilled, a common complaint I see is that they're not but this was not my experience) - I realized the desk was too small for my needs. Customer support handled it quickly and figured out a way to send me a larger desktop and have me just pay the difference in price. They even let me keep the old desktop as a spare!

Ultimately I wanted an Uplift desk, and went with FlexiSpot because they were cheaper, but after this experience I will be buying/recommending FlexiSpot in the future.

Gorgeous solid wood night stand

It is a great solid wood night stand! Very useful and good looking! Well made and sturdy. The customer service is excellent! They are very quick responsive, courteous and helpful! Excellent experience!

I had an issue with ordering the…

I had an issue with ordering the incorrect desktop size for my office setup, and although the mistake was completely my own, the FlexiSpot customer service team was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process.
Their communication was prompt, respectful, and solution-focused, and they worked with me to help arrange a replacement desktop even though this was not an error on their part. That level of customer service is rare today and truly stood out to me.
I have been very impressed not only with the quality of the products, but also with how FlexiSpot treats their customers. This experience has absolutely reinforced my decision to continue purchasing from them in the future for both my business office and home.
A special thank you to Vince and the customer service team for their patience, professionalism, and outstanding support. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend

Highly recommend this company! Email communication is very efficient. Although I couldn't reach anyone by phone (likely due to the time), the return and refund process for my first order was impressively fast, similar to Amazon. I have already placed a second order for the correct size. I'm still waiting to install them to verify quality, but the customer service alone makes them worth it. Keep up the good service!
