Received a white oak desktop for my E7 Plus standing desk that was chipped pretty well on two corners. That's moreso on FedEx, but it also did not have holes drilled in it for mounting 3 different parts. I chatted with customer service on their website and they were quick to assist, very helpful, and immediately apologized and said they'd be shipping out a free replacement. Pretty happy with the response and looking forward to getting the desk assembled as everything otherwise seems very well built and quality.

My treadmill arrived damaged, but FlexiSpot quickly responded and offered a solution. They sent a new one immediately. Their customer service was excellent, helpful, and kind. The product is amazing; it’s a game changer for my work desk compared to my old walking pad. It’s so quiet that my coworkers don’t notice it. I highly recommend it for its incline, durability, and quietness.

Customer service is very good. I ordered a solid wood bedstead and waited for a month without delivery. Due to the need to use it, there was no time to wait, so I contacted customer service to cancel the order. Customer service solved my problem very quickly and helped me to cancel the order successfully and get a refund. I will patronize them next time.

I had a broken part for a new chair. They quickly replied and have sent me a replacement part. Could not be happier with the quick and easy service provided.

Amazing customer service and super quick!

I purchased a standing desk from Flexispot. However, a part seems to have experienced some scratches and damages. Flexispot customer service was very responsive and quickly resolved the problem. The standing desk works great, looks great, and was well worth the money.

The model I got was an E6 Max from Amazon. It is sturdy (mininal wobble) and came with a great looking rubberwood top (it is made from wood planks glued together, so it is much sturdier and nicer than particleboard or MDF tops).

Outstanding customer service. Original desk order thru amazon, but desktop arrived in a damaged box broken into two pieces. Called flexispot directly and got a human right away. New desktop shipped asap and arrived just days later. Easy peasy. All assembled. Happy customer.
