For delayed our Flight we missed our booked bus, after that the they provide us opportunity to take the next bus on that same ticket without any extra cost.
Never on time
I booked the airport service from London to stansted airport at 7 40 pm April 3rd 2026. I was waiting the Stratford station till 8 15 but the bus dint came. Due to this I am taking a Uber and going to the airport. I may miss my flight :(
One good one baf
We made two trips. The trip from Charleroi to Antwerp was great. On time. The return was late and communication about this was non-existant. We were waiting at stop and app didn't update arrival time. A few people missed their flight. Leave plenty of time and allow for bad traffic!

The bus was Sharp on time in our round trip from Charleroi AirPort to Gentt. We even taken the one to Gentt an hour earlier having the booked tickets in the website.
Back to the AirPort, it took a bit longer due to the heavy traffic in Brussels, but the driver did his best to minimize the time taken!

I am writing to express my complaint
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent journey from Zaventem to Charleroi. I deliberately selected the 16:00 departure time because traffic conditions are generally better at that hour, ensuring I could arrive at the airport in time for my flight. However, I received an SMS notification approximately 25 minutes after the scheduled departure time informing me that the bus would be delayed by 55 minutes. This late communication left me with no viable alternative options. Had I been informed earlier, I could have arranged another form of transport, such as a taxi, as some other passengers did. Unfortunately, the bus did not arrive on time even after the delay notice. While I understand that traffic conditions can be unpredictable, the lack of timely and accurate information prevented me from making an informed decision.
As a result, I experienced significant inconvenience:
• Over one hour waiting at Zaventem
• Nearly two hours in traffic
• More than one hour for check-in
• An additional hour at passport control, In total, this resulted in approximately five hours of unnecessary stress and delay, all due to the late arrival of the bus and insufficient communication.
I strongly urge you to improve your communication with passengers regarding delays so that they can make alternative arrangements when necessary. This experience was extremely frustrating and avoidable.
I look forward to your response and an explanation of how such situations will be handled better in the future.

Reliable and flexible service!
I’ve had a great experience with this service. The buses are consistently on time, which is a huge relief when traveling. One of the best features is their flexibility—even when my flight was delayed and I missed my scheduled bus, I was able to find a seat on a later one and still get to my destination. To top it off, the drivers are always friendly and professional. Highly recommended!
It was punctual
It was punctual. Also to travel to Charleroi and avoiding Brussels saves time so we reached in 70-75mins. But most of the times if you go through Brussels it might take more than 2 hrs or even 2:30. While coming back from Charleroi to Ghent bus was fully packed, so very few seats left and people with bags where uncomfortable

Terrible company
Terrible company. We were at the flibco bus stop 20 mins before departure. The bus never turned up. We waited a further 30 mins after our allotted time and the bus never showed. We had no other option to purchase a ticket with another company to get into Milan. I have contacted customer services and they have refused to give us a refund as they are saying the bus did depart from the station but I can assure you there was not a flibco bus that arrived.
