I must say I was impressed with the service I received.
The coach was on time, reasonably priced and clean. We got to Stansted in less than half an hour.
The fact that your ticket is open for more than 24 hours was a relief, although I did wonder what would happen if the coach was full.
On our return the coach for Redbridge at 3pm had just left but the friendly staff said we were allowed to board the Stratford one at 3.30pm even though we hadn't booked it! Amazing!

Good overall, but need to be more punctual on departure time. The coach was due to depart at 1am but didn’t until around 1.05am.

Full bus and no refunds
Had tickets booked for bus to Stansted airport. Bus arrived at station and we were told it was full. Asked driver if another bus was coming and if there were seats, he said he didn’t know and left. As we were catching a flight we had to get a taxi to airport. Customer service is now refusing to issue a refund. I would not recommend this service as not only is it unreliable but the company will offer zero compensation for their error.
