I want to share a recent bad experience so…

I want to share a recent experience so others can be careful when booking flights.

I booked 7 tickets for two families (including 5 children) through Flight Catchers, and the full amount was charged at the time of booking. Everything seemed confirmed.

However, after about half a day, I received a call saying there was an “airline glitch” and I needed to pay an extra ~£200 per child. That’s a significant additional cost that was never mentioned during the booking process.

I was also told that if I didn’t pay the extra amount, my only option was to cancel and wait 4–5 days for a refund. This puts customers in a very difficult position — either pay more than agreed or wait to get your money back.

From my experience, this feels misleading and very stressful, especially when booking for families.

Please be cautious if you’re considering booking through them. Make sure you double-check all terms and be aware that the final price may not always be what you initially pay.

Sharing this so others can make informed decisions.

NEVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY

I have had my flights cancelled from London to Thailand as they didnt allow enough time for a stopover change, i wasnt even notified and lucky I checked it out with Singapore Airlines, they said they we would re-issue a new flight for the stopover, after 2 weeks ive been sent 4 new flights which have been exactly the same, you can try to contact them but you just get passed around and nobody has any idea what they are doing - avoid like the plague.
