Reema was a delight to work with. My sister and I needed to book a flight to Moncton New Brunswick to deliver our mother’s ashes to the funeral home. She was very helpful in providing us with information about transporting the ashes and assured us that everything would be ok and calmed our nerves. She was very friendly in a genuine way and treated us a customer and not a number.

Katelyn was fast, efficient and super helpful. She booked everything as we requested, made good suggestions and was super fast! It was easy and straightforward.

Taylor was a bloody legend. He worked with me for 3 months to the day with all my crqzy changes and ideas. He was super patient and hwelpful the whole way thrpugh. A total professional and all round excellent human.

Every time we use the Flight centre representative we are happily satisfied with their service. It takes a load of me and leaves it with capable person who is fully aware what needs to be done and how to do it effectively and reliably. I highly recommend Ang who is very experienced and knowledgeable.

They have SO many advertisements yet after 3 emails, I give up because no one ever responds. Not helpful at all for booking a flight.

Flight Centre – Toronto Location
I recently booked a cruise through Flight Centre’s Toronto location, with Jillian and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. From the outset, I was never informed of the non-refundable terms at the time of booking — a critical piece of information that any travel agent has a professional obligation to disclose upfront.
When I requested a cancellation nearly two months before the departure date, I was informed for the first time that the booking was non-refundable, resulting in a $1,500 loss. This lack of transparency is unacceptable, particularly when dealing with a company trip where trust and clear communication are essential.
I have always had positive experiences booking through online platforms, and this was my first time using a travel agency for a group booking. Regrettably, this experience has confirmed that Flight Centre does not meet the standard of professionalism I would expect from an agency of their size and reputation.
I would strongly caution anyone to ensure all cancellation and refund policies are provided in writing before confirming any booking with this location.

Bella at the Upper Canada mall location did a wonderful job in getting us on the flight we wanted, seats, baggage, done in less than 30 minutes and very accomodating and very friendly. Very easy to book flights when we need them.
