This was the first time using flight centre and the first time that we booked a tour vacation. Vicki was so helpful and knowledgeable. She explained everything about what to expect on this tour for example- tipping, walking tours, some do’s and don’ts and safety tips. She answered all of my questions and shared her experiences on her own trips. We would definitely use her services for any future vacations. She was a pleasure to work with.

Just came back from our vacation and had such an amazing time! We want to thank Sarah Griffiths so much for helping us plan our trips. We needed some assistance prior to the trip and Sarah have always been so helpful and caring ! Would definitely recommend her if you are planning a trip !

This was a first trip for my friend and I to Europe, and our rep Briana Richardson was simply wonderful. Briana listened to what we wanted, and tailored our trip to our specifications. Prior to the trip, Briana was patient with our many questions, provided valuable advice on how to enjoy the trip. During the trip it was evident that Briana had listened to what we said we wanted and it was an overall amazing experience thanks to Briana.

I'm a bit of a neophyte when it comes to booking travel, and a friend recommended the Flight Centre so I reached out.
Mary responded and quickly took me under her wing. She patiently answered my many, many questions and when the time came was expert at booking my flights for a very good price! The entire way along - even while I was travelling - Mary provided support which was invaluable.
I will definitely use Flight Centre for all my future travel - I know I'm in good hands!

The process was very easy and simple but the groom got sold rooms that was not offered at this particular resort. (1 king bed vs 2 single beds). So now we are stuck with 1 king bed without recourse because the person who sold him the rooms is no longer with the company. Have not heard anything from Flight Centre in terms of this mix up personally.

If I could give 6-starts review, I would be happy to do so. When I walked into Flight Centre location on W 4th in Kitsilano, surely the Fortune must smiled on me. I was warmly greeted by Ms. Katelyn L. who proved that amazing customer service didn't die. Katelyn was more than one can expect from a travel agent - professional, friendly, expertly putting our travel plans together with a warm smile, and patiently explaining all my questions. I will never go anywhere else for my future travels and I commend Flight Centre to hire such excellent employees, thank you!

I Have consistently used Flightcentre for 10 years .
Staff are great and knowledgeable.
It would be nice to have an actual store to go back into in Barrie .

Isabelle was awesome to deal with when I booked flight july 3 2025 to Slovakia and Dave was equally great booking my vacation to Pierto Plata this november.
