I phoned Flight Centre Pukekohe and Andrew answered the phone. I hadn't dealt with Andrew before but made an appointment to see about flights to London.
What can I say about Andrew - wonderful, helpful, thoughtful and with a great sense of humour. He wanted to get to know me first and make me relax so I could decide on the best flights. I had suggested one lot of flights but it would have meant an 8 hour transit wait going to London and an 11 hour trainsit wait coming home. So Andrew found much better flights for me. And I was very happy.
I never felt pushed into making a decision but I knew that what Andrew had suggested was the best for me.
Andrew is the person I will always go to when I need flights or any other bookings. He made the whole process a joy.

Whenever we have been in to make a booking with Lauren, all we do is give all our information of dates of travel, along with preferences, hotel bookings etc in her capable hands and Lauren does it all, efficiently and gives full explanation on everything that needs attention. And all dats left is call in and EVERYTHING is completed. AWESOME!

We have recently booked a cruise package with Taylor Seales at FCNZ Lambton Quay, Wellington. It was a very smooth process and we found Taylor to be the supreme professional, who was exceptionally responsive, helpful and friendly to our several requests. Nothing was too much trouble. A family member recently died, and we needed help in making international travel plans for the funeral. Rachael Booth, who helped us from our very first conversation, was incredibly welcoming and took the time to understand exactly what we needed.
She was remarkably thorough in organizing every detail, covering everything from flight logistics to visa applications. It is rare to find a professional who is as competent as she is friendly. She handled all the moving parts seamlessly, ensuring our itinerary was perfectly balanced and tailored to our needs.

We returned from our 9 night cruise on the Royal Carribean and specifically requested no themed cruise like the wiggles, an alternative date was suggested . We booked 10 months in advance looked forward to the cruise with working hard to get it paid off. We got on the cruise and it was the wiggles themed cruise. We have lodged our complaint since our return which was the 10th April sent numerous emails for a compensation the in incorrect product information however no one is getting ack to us, we have spoken to Nicolas Montgomery promising me he would get back to me two weeks ago. This company over promises and under delivers I would not recommend in booking anything with Flight Centre! they are happy to take your money and push you aside on complaints!

I love the ease of calling in while passing the shop and making a booking within minutes.

I have always booked our holidays myself but decided to use Flight Centre for our overseas holiday. What a mistake that was. Paid for flights, transiting via UEA 4 days before the war in Middle East started. Our Gov has a Do Not Fly alert in place and Flight Centre claim they dont have any info about this. Then when trying to change the flights, they claim it will be over $12k to change - for flights that only cost $15k in the beginning. Back and forth blaming the airlines and offering no help at all. Several calls to their overseas call centre staffed with people who read only from a script and have no care in the world - and have no better offers on the table. Called the airline directly, they called BS on their service and gave me details on what to get Flight Centre to do in the booking system. Airline offered waiver codes and put in the booking but Flight Centre claims they expired (after 2 days) and no TL or complaints person has called me back. Airline is now getting involved to get approvals to change flights with waivers in place - but Flight Centre then decided to charge me their fee for changing even though their policy says that if airline changes flight at no cost, they wont have fees either, but yet still insist they will be applicable as I am asking for the change not airline changing the routes.
