Keller did an amazing service to respond to last minute advice and options for alternative flights to Europe with the conflict and suspended air space in the middle east. My friend recommended Keller as a great travel agent and he provide a very efficient service.

I’m quite capable of booking flights online, however: sometimes the Flight Centre just does it better. Last two trips my wife and I needed to stop off in a country on the way to Europe. I let the staff at Flight Centreknow what my requirements were and they came back with a really good price both times. I went 10 years booking flights myself but when I can get them at the same price and with people who have more knowledge than what I do about connecting flights and stopovers I’m pretty happy to do business with the Flight Centre. They’re great to deal with.

I am a terrible flyer. I had a flight attendant named Tiffany travelling from Brisbane to Roma and I cannot thank her enough for taking exceptional care. I won’t forget her. The pilot took excellent care when I got off as I passed out twice and he also made sure I was okay. I will recommend Rex to everyone I know.

I had a very disappointing experience booking a flight on 27 Sept. 2025 ( from manila to melbourne via Philippine airlines to singapore and Qantas to Melbourne) through Flight Centre. After completing the booking, I received no e-ticket confirmation and no clear advisory on when or how the ticket would be sent. I waited far longer than acceptable, with no updates or instructions provided.

This lack of communication caused a lot of unnecessary stress and uncertainty, especially since having an e-ticket is essential for check-in and travel. I had to chase down support myself just to confirm if the booking was even valid.

When booking through a professional travel service like Flight Centre, I expect at the very least:

A prompt e-ticket or booking confirmation

Clear communication on when to expect it

A support team that is responsive and proactive — not radio silence

This was a complete letdown. I won’t be using Light Booked again, and this experience has made me question Flight Centre’s standards when partnering with such third-party providers. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
Finally flight rebooked but after 3 days.
