From stressed to delight!
We had a very stressful situation where upon our arrival to Sydney we found that a royal Caribbean cruise was canceled due to technical problems with a vessel. We contacted flight center at the recommendation of the concierge at our hotel. We went to the flight center on George Street and we waited on by Heidi Scholey and I have to tell you she is quite an ambassador for the brand she was so kind and looked at so many different possibilities for us. She was patient and considerate under stressful circumstances. She came up with an itinerary that I'm sure will delight us in the coming days. I highly recommend the flight center to help you plan your travel vacation and if Heidi happens to be free when you arrive, I highly recommend her service services.

I emailed to ask about flights/costs/etc and after I gave the go ahead, within 24 hours, my flights, etc were booked.
