It was an absolute pleasure working with Tommy Campbell from the Traralgon office to organise our London holiday. He was approachable, knowledgeable, and highly efficient throughout the entire process. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I booked two passengers on Izmir–Phuket flights via Flight Centre. We requested to move the dates three days earlier. Our 3 x Melbourne flights were changed, but we were told the Izmir flights “cannot be changed,” even though the fare rules say: “Date/Time changes: Changes permitted, plus fare and tax difference.” I request Flight Centre change these flights as allowed and provide a reissue quote including any fees.

We have booked a few flights with Monica Teeken previously and have always had a great experience but year was even better!! Monica expertly found us amazing round the world flights, for less than half the price I could find myself. Monica then patiently helped us find accommodation, providing very helpful hints and tips on all of our various destinations in Indonesia, England and Malaysia. Can't say enough great things about Monica and will be recommending her to all our friends and family too :)

The best part when dealing with Flight Centre was the person who helped me. Her name is Harriet and a wonderful helpful person.

Well.... I could not have lucked-out any better than having these 2 incredibly smart, efficient, highly knowledgeable, and outstanding customer service people take care of me.

I had to arrange flights and accommodation for NYC (in summer) and Jamaica, only 1 week out, so price and availability were of course a big issue.
Darcie highlighted this to me so I was aware I should to close out the booking quickly to lock it all in for the best deal and seats on my target flights.

Darcie took all my information on the Friday over the phone when I was driving. She did all the research and issued me a very clear and comprehensive email summarizing everything.
Brilliant.
Darcie does not work Saturday so she gave me the number for Monica to help me close it out and she sent all the information to Monica.

I called Monica on Saturday, she spent about 2 hours on the phone with me working through a range of options and details and helping me land on the very cheapest combination of flights and insurance that meets my needs.

Wow, what a team. So patient and thorough.

I am so happy I clicked on the advertisement for the Flight Centre Round the world team, and did not try to get the flights myself online. Their insights and coaching and ideas were first-class all the way.

Thanks Darcie and Monica so much for helping me get this trip totally sorted - I can now relax for the next week before I leave knowing I really did get the best arrangement possible.

btw - I have also used Flight Centre Mordialloc for a trip I booked for my father to Europe and they were also fantastic.
Flight Centre seems to really being a lot of things very well. Thanks all round guys.

I emailed the Flight Centre with a list of important needs I would have on my domestic flight.
Wheelchair, car hire to take wheelchair, seats to accomodate chronic pain- and to be honest, I wouldn’t have been surprised if I didn’t hear back from any one. At least I had it written down and out of my head. I was planning to go into a store the following week- but it would’ve meant carer help, wheelchair, doggy day care etc.
Well, within the hour I heard back from Georgia in Victoria.
Georgia left me a message that said she could easily help me meet those needs.
I called and I have now booked my flight, insurance and just need to lock in the hire car.
Georgia was efficient, friendly, very helpful and helped me solve all the things I had felt overwhelmed about only a few hours before.
I will definitely book with her again for any domestic or international travel.
Thank you Flight Centre/Victoria, for making my travel a breeze!
