Our flight centre consultant, Chris Hartly, was extremely helpful and changed our itinerary for us a few times to suit our requests. Bright happy smiles to greet us and remembered my name each time we called in. Started our booking in January 2026 for our recent flight to canada (August 2026). Very helpful and nothing was a problem for him. Will definitely book our next trip through him/flight centre.

Very happy and appreciative
I have used Albury Flight Centre for a number of years and in particular, Annie who has always gone above and beyond to make sure my trips are so pleasurable and anxiety free. As an older person who travels alone (both international and domestically) and have some health issues, Annie has always put everything in place to make all my trips are most memorable and trouble free. She has always been there to answer any questions,(no matter how trivial they may seem to others) she puts my mind at ease so I can just enjoy my holidays

I asked Annie for a quote for a cabin…
I asked Annie for a quote for a cabin on a cruise, she wanted our full names birth dates etc… I said no, I just want a quick quote so I can compare to our cruise guru one and choose from there who we decide to book with. So she screen shots from carnivals websites their prices says well we just get our prices off their website and leaves it at that… soooo lazyyyy 🤣🤣😵💫😵💫
No thanks I wouldn’t bother going to you guys for a quote I can quite easily get off the website myself! I’m quite happy to put up the screenshots of our conversation showing how rude & dismissive she was. Wouldn’t waste my time with her again.
