Excellent Customer Service
We walked into the Armadale office and received excellent service from Jayzme Guppy. Jayzme was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout our visit. She was able to secure the best flight deal for us, and we are looking forward to completing our travel plans soon.
Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend Jayzme for her excellent customer service and professionalism.

Not the right room
Three rooms were booked. Occupant of room "Courtyard deluxe room, 2 queen beds" emailed the hotel direct to go on a cancellation list for the "family room" and found out the booking for them was actually a "non courtyard deluxe king room" - so a room with one bed, and there would be two adults and two kids!!!
