We haven’t used a travel agent for many years but we were unable to book the holiday we wanted ourselves. We rang Flight Centre and were put through to a consultant who works in the Stockland Baldivis office. Sarah was wonderful when we met her and was able to sort and book our holiday. She talked us through everything and got us the best deals on flights etc. She has also helped us book another holiday.

US car hire disappointment but great customer service
I went to FC to get a hire car whilst in the North American early spring. I needed a 4wd or an awd the weather can be iffy. We couldn't get one so Ms. Chandler went to Flight Centres main car hire person and got me what I requested.
Apon arrival of the good ole US they told me I couldn't have a car like that due to a "hire car thief ring in Canada"
Laura Chandler wasn't able to help, but I really appreciated her checking in afterwards even though it wasn't her fault in any way.
