Aidan was very helpful. The holiday booking was completed efficiently and with ease. I'm really pleased I went into flight centre to book the holiday.

We attended Flight Centre Ballarat and after 45 minutes waiting to be acknowledged we left the store. The consultant (only one on at the time) did not acknowledge us in any way either on arrival or departure despite him being fully aware we were there waiting.
Obviously not interested in serving anybody and we were the only people in the store besides someone who he was chatting with. There were ample opportunities for him to let us know if he was too busy or not, given we could overhear the conversation he was having, it was quite evident that he was not booking or arranging anything, just chatting

The staff member, I dealt with Mitch, has helped me many times, to help with my travel plans, a most caring individual 😊

Jamie (Ballarat store) was amazing and knew exactly what he was doing. He was very helpful and we booked our holiday without any problems. We will definitely book any future holidays through Flight Centre!! Thank you 🙏

PROFESSIONAL POLITE STAFF WHO HELPED ME IMENSLEY

What was supposed to be my first experience visiting Ireland ended in me finding out that the manager of the Flight Centre in Ballarat Central had divulged information about my dealings with the store to my parents, who were emergency contacts just in case something happened to me. I found this out when my mom called me a predator and a creep. I complained using the proper internal channels, but received a dismissive and accusatory response. I have complained to the OAIC since, who have still not assigned my complaint even after a year of lodging the complaint.

My advice: Go here if you'd like your privacy rights violated by the manager. If you value your privacy, I'd suggest you choose another branch or another (independent) travel agent altogether. I've lost trust in this company.
