Hannah was brilliant in assisting us with our booking and showing that by joining the captain club we got 10 percent off the silver insurance cost which was perfect for travelling within Australia.
As for people travelling overseas they must have unlimited medical including all activities you can get & hire car excess to $10k cancellation $50k

Trying to do business in WA from Vic just doesnt work
Missed out on a preferred cabin because my consultant was at lunch Yes I left the booking late
When I tried to pay Bpay system shut down I think because WA hours were finished-This cost me booking time as well
I am still unclear about flight outcomes
My cruises the other agent was uncontactable about dinner bookings, and other things like wifi, drinks packages, shores excursions etc
All in all ion a $10k spend not happy Jan

I walked into Belmont Flight Centre and was welcomed in by Joanna.
She was so helpful, so knowledgeable and so wonderful to deal with. She has helped plan and organise our big trip to Japan with flights, accommodation and many activities .

My name is Sandra Williams. I booked a return flight from Perth to Dublin on Qatar Airlines business class in Lismore NSW.
Unsure on seating I went to the Flight Centre Belmont on the 23 August 2025.
The office was closed on Saturdays but a person was inside assisting other customers.
Joanna Welburn came and spoke with us and she was exceptional with her time,advice and care.
