Josh had many suggestions for us and pieced together what should be a great trip .. he also looked for the best value for us which we appreciate greatly

It was quicker and more reliable to go in to flight centre and book with the wonderful Zihad in Brighton than book on the internet will be my only method of booking travel

I would like to call out the amazing work and excellent service provided by one of your store managers at Brightons, Church Street Store in Victoria.
My husband and I had recently booked a tour of Europe at a rival agency and had a very disappointing time with the confirmed and fully paid for tour being withdrawn just 8weeks out from our departure. We turned to Mitch Waddingham at Brightons Flight Centre Store after friends highly recommended him to us. After describing the situation we found ourselves in, Mitch happily took on the job of researching flights and locations as well as tours and cruises that we could book for the period we would be travelling to London.
He was able to provide a variety of options for us that very same day and then the next day he confirmed our choice and booked the surrounding accommodation and flights being without extra costs after he was able to gain refunds from the existing bookings.
His work ethic and attention to detail together with his easy going, calm and considerate manner have been a breath of fresh air after dealing with misinformation and poor to nonexistent communication with the previous agent.

I want to commend Mitch and hope that this recognition of his professionalism’s and excellence in service is noticed and rewarded by your company.

Josh Kempin was our consultant and he did an amazing job with assisting us with our trip to Hawaii. He was super helpful from the very beginning and went above and beyond with assisting us. We had some issues with a flight (that we organised ourselves) delay on the day if departure and Josh helped us with reorganising our booking in such short notice ensuring we had a great holiday.
