Mel Trani, at Flight Centre, Bundaberg, has done it again. This time she has helped us with a 14-day Croatia cruise in 2027. We have found Mel to be great to deal with on previous occasions as well. She is very efficient and knowledgeable, never flustered, and is great at detail and follow up.

Roger in the Bundaberg office was fantastic to deal with and understood all my requirements. The bookings were made with ease and efficiency. Gives me peace of mind to deal with an actual person and to have a contact should anything need to be chnaged before we fly. Would totally recommend.

Roger is the best!
Currently on our first trip to Italy, Roger was awesome! He has great knowledge of Europe so gave us plenty of helpful tips and information. He was super friendly and very professional, answering all of our silly questions, he listened to everything we asked for and our holiday has been amazing! Could not recommend Roger highly enough, we will definitely be back for all future getaways! Thanks Roger!!

I found flightcentre to be highly responsive. My online booking was hiding and they found it with one call. The next booking at the shop front was efficeint, saved me money n much easier than the online, competitive and face to face will bring me back to my local office. I like the face to face more.

Melanie has been a font of information regarding our September Japan trip. She’s waded through flights putting 5 far flung people in the one place at the same time and found us accommodation also suitable to 5 whose age range is 11-81, a very promising start to a memorable holiday.
