Today I found online domestic airfares for my husband and self but could not see where I could reduce luggage bag to just having one so drove to your store for help.
Isabella was very friendly and extra helpfull even though it was not an expensive trip. She found the site I had with total fares for the three flights plus cost of One bag per flight (total cost $1142 with no extras (except maybe visa debit fee when pay) She explained she could not book it on internet site so got straight into searching wherever she could. She could not do multiple flights so did one return and one one way and came up with less than I had on line with the confirmed one bag. ($1043). I had left my glasses in the car and Isabella was helpful in reading out amounts and times and dates so It seemed all good so agreed to go ahead and book. How that $1043 became $1161 ( that I eventually saw when got home) I cannot fathom. Maybe computer cannot add $634 for return flight and $409 for one way which totals$1043. Isabella then organised insurance which came in at $584.52. I paid$1752 .33 and do not mind doing so but would be interested to know how the difference came about.
I am not putting this on Isabella but blame computer.
Isabella is a real asset to Flight Centre and has a very friendly approach but has the skills to make it all happen and works in the interest of making clients satisfied.
My trip was so small but she did not seem bothered in doing all she could for me for so little return. The world needs more Isabellas.

I spoke to Isabella at Capalaba who could not have been more helpful. I had quite a few one way flights to sort out and questions to go with them which she answered and gave suggestions as well. Walked out very happy
