We recently booked our month-long European holiday with Allan from the Flight Centre at Cardiff, after hearing some glowing word-of-mouth reviews.
Allan was absolutely outstanding to deal with from start to finish. As a former travel agent myself, I know what good service should look like, and Allan exceeded our expectations in every way. He was incredibly thorough, professional, friendly, enthusiastic (and funny!), and he thought of so many little details and possibilities that we hadn’t even considered.
Our holiday unfortunately encountered some significant challenges due to recent typhoon in Hong Kong (which delayed our departure by a day) and the recent low water levels on the Rhine-Main-Danube Rivers. Throughout it all, he kept in regular contact with us, ensuring we received all the up-to-date information and made sure we understood our options. He helped us navigate the changes with confidence.
Allan genuinely invested in making sure our holiday was exactly what we wanted, and we always felt that nothing was too much trouble for him. His knowledge, attention to detail and personal service were exceptional.
We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Allan to anyone looking for a fantastic Travel Agent. We will certainly be using him again for our future travels. Thank you, Allan, for looking after us so well!

Allan from Cardiff Flight Centre was excellent! He was thoughtful and diligent and communicated at a level which enabled us to make the best decisions.

Absolutely horrible service from Cardiff nsw flight centre. Ripped off my grandfather in law, booked him the incorrect date than wouldn’t admit fault, he didn’t sign any paper work or anything and they still wouldn’t give him his money back as it was on them. Absolutely horrible service and disgusting customer service, I will be taking this further. People that were not being anything but rude are Jake Hodges and Lisa Phillips. Absolutely horrible

Lisa organised a family holiday to Fiji for our family, which we thoroughly enjoyed. She was very helpful in answering questions and following up to clarify information with the resort. A true professional and very friendly. Thanks Lisa!

I’ve been using them for over five years and have always had a positive experience. Jake, and more recently Lisa, have both been incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. Their pricing is also very competitive.

What really sets them apart, though, is their after-sales support. If something unexpected happens, they’re quick to respond and genuinely help resolve the issue. That’s a refreshing change from many companies, where once the sale is made it’s almost impossible to get hold of anyone.

Lisa recently planned our trip to Dubai and Scandinavia. She was great to deal with, all our plans went smoothly and she was in touch when schedules were changed (by the airline), so we were never left stranded. I'd definitely use Lisa and Flight Centre again.

Bronte from Flight Centre Cardiff arranged a quite complicated series of flights for our holiday in Tanzania, Egypt and Jordan. Everything went exactly as planned. Very happy with the service she provided.
