There are many good operators at Cranbourne Flight Centre but Kate Apinitis is one of most PATIENT, profesional and helpful people you can find. So far she dealt patiently with me and my family on numerous occasions and I have nothing but prizes to describe her.

Beware of ever dealing with Emma Langhans at Cranbourne. She is very quick to call you back and pressure you to make your booking, off an enquiry. However once you have made your booking, you cannot get a hold of her again or get any details about your trip. Had to email repeatedly to get any answers as she will only answer the questions she chooses to answer. This was a river cruise we booked and had to call Scenic cruises directly a day before departure to get our itinerary with collection and departure details.

I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback on the incredible service I’ve received from Larissa Jones from the Cranbourne store over the past few years.

I’ve been booking my travel through her for a while now, and in that time she’s handled multiple complex itineraries for me (multiple destinations, tight connections, capped budgets etc) and she’s always made the process so smooth. She takes all the stress out of booking travel, and I’ve come to rely on her completely.

There have also been a number of times when trips had to be cancelled due to natural disasters, and Larissa was absolutely amazing. She kept me fully informed, acted quickly, and always managed to find solutions. It made a huge difference knowing someone so capable was looking after things.

She’s professional, responsive, friendly, and genuinely goes the extra mile. I always feel like she really cares about getting the best outcome for my passengers.

Because of Larissa, I’ll continue to be a loyal Flight Centre customer and will happily recommend your services to others. She’s a huge asset to your team and absolutely deserves recognition.
