Friendly, helpful and efficient
My flight to the UK had been cancelled but the staff in the Echuca branch were friendly, efficient and helpful in getting me an alternative flight.Jordan managed to find me a flight that was reasonably priced when flights were hard to find. She was friendly, understanding and efficient,as were all the staff.Thank you!

If I could leave zero stars I would
If I could leave zero stars I would. We booked through flight centre for peace of mind if anything went wrong. The hotel included in their package deal was dark, dingy and full of mold. We checked out day 3 of 14 night stay. Despite providing photos of the disgraceful conditions flight centres response was essentially ‘too bad’. We lost $600 worth of accomodation. NEVER AGAIN will we darken the doors of flight centre Echuca. They were no help and refused to accept any accountability. We communicated with them from the time we arrived at the hotel, advised we were leaving, sent photos and received feedback that they agreed the hotel was below par.
