Don't use a flight centre agency to book your tickets!!!
At this point it would not even give one star if I was able to, there has been so much miscommunication with Irene Wilton from flight centre Geraldton that has cost me alot of money!!! I am currently in Turkey, booked through Irene and needed to cancel my flight today as needing to stay longer and rebook, unable to do so as unbeknown to me when booking once the agency has booked the ticked6they are the only ones able to cancel......of no help when your overseas, ph number is not working only wifi so have emailed her, no reply , flight leaves this afternoon, not only will I lose my ticket my friend will also as I booked both through Irene, never ever again will I use this service, beyond disgusted!!!

Failure to process refund for cancelled tour
I lodged a complaint 11/9/2025 in regard to not receiving a refund for a Costsaver Tour that was cancelled. I am still waiting to hear from Flightcentre regarding my complaint or my refund.
I provided my account details to Irene Wilton from Geraldton WA and she has failed to process the refund. Refund request CP-01309775
