Failure to process refund for cancelled tour
I lodged a complaint 11/9/2025 in regard to not receiving a refund for a Costsaver Tour that was cancelled. I am still waiting to hear from Flightcentre regarding my complaint or my refund.
I provided my account details to Irene Wilton from Geraldton WA and she has failed to process the refund. Refund request CP-01309775
