DO NOT USE FLIGHT CENTRE GORDON — completely incompetent and unprofessional AN ABSOLUTE DISAPPOINTMENT
We used Flight Centre because we trusted them to take care of the details and avoid the stress of a long international trip. Instead, their incompetence created the problems.
They failed to provide important information, failed to properly manage our booking, and ignored our repeated attempts to get urgent assistance while we were overseas.
What should have been an exciting family holiday turned into an unnecessarily stressful and frustrating experience because of their incompetent and unprofessional service, lack of communication and complete lack of accountability.
We deeply regret trusting Flight Centre Gordon with our trip. Save yourself the stress, time and money — book elsewhere.

Hi Judit, I have replied directly to your feedback email, and will put some of the information already provided below again for reference;
To clarify, seating requests are always submitted as requests only, as airlines can remove these from a booking at any point if operationally necessary. Some airlines treat seat selection as a paid ancillary, and I understand there was no paid seating booked for your flights.
While we appreciate the frustration this caused, seat allocation and seating changes are managed exclusively by the operating airline and remain outside the control of Flight Centre.

Great service
Rupa at Flight Centre deserves a medal! She was the third agent I dealt with when organising our honeymoon. And she is the one who actually delivered on what we wanted and provided quotes we were interested in. For some reason she made it so much easier. Thanks so much Rupa! We had a lovely time away in Fiji, at our adults only result, all inclusive.
