When things go wrong there is no need to panic...
Owing to a regional carrier mishap I recently missed a major connecting flight from Dublin to Australia. With access to the emergency Flight Centre phone line together with my local agent Marilyn, I was able to be rebooked on an Emirates flight without fuss or penalty and get home in a timely manner. It's great to know that you are not alone when things go astray especially when a long way from home.
