Flight Centre Australia - Flight Centre Kalamunda Reviews 

A few weeks ago, I was sitting outside the Kalamunda, WA store for about 10 mins waiting for someone, I thought I would pop in and make some general enquires with the flight Centre, as there had been no customers in the store all the time I was waiting. When entering I was told that no one could help me as I needed to book an appointment which I could do online (not even an offer to book an appointment). The staff were sitting around doing nothing. Today I walked past the store & it was closed, although the website states it is open till 5pm.

Whole process was made very easy by very helpful staff.

Always helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Any questions answered swiftly.

I found all staff friendly and willing to help. Sophie helped me with my enquiries and continued to keep in touch with me throughout service

Apart from catching up with some great friends in Melbourne, the service and support from Flight Centre was impeccable.

Still a work in progress but Sophie is amazing. My Son and DIL are stuck in France and Sophie is endeavoring to find an airflight home due to conflict in Iran. Sophie is very caring and understanding of their situation, trying to find a solution

Ebony from the Flight Centre has been amazing booking our flights and transport and hotels to the USA. She saved us so much money by suggesting airlines and routes, and efficiently made an itinery change for us after our initial booking - no problem :)

I would like to pass on my thanks for the work and professionalism of Sharneece at Kalamunda. Her expertise and assistance was greatly appreciated. She made me feel valued and supported, even when I needed to change the date and times of the flights numerous times. It didn't feel like anything was too much for her and she ensured I was not to feel guilty or bad to change something. She was extremely friendly and empathetic and I felt I could trust her decisions and expertise. Thank you Sharneece for everything you did. We booked a trip to Malaysia with Ebony at Kalamunda. She could not have been more helpful.we never felt rushed at any time even when we changed one hotel .Excellent service.
