After our airline cancelled our flight from Melbourne making our connecting flight in Sydney to Uruguay became impossible, therefore the whole return ticket had to be cancelled. The amazing Kangaroo Flat, Bendigo team especially Abbey and Nikki managed to reissue our tickets after repeatably being told that we would loose our money, which was considerable. Absolute legends, they didn't take no as the answer and knew that if they pushed they would eventually find the right person to say, yes. Thankyou ladies we appreciate your dedication to us the customers.

Once again, the staff at Lansell Square have been amazing. The customer service in general, attention to detail and most importantly making sure that as a customer I get all the information I will need to make my decision on which flights will suit best, especially if travelling to multiple countries. A big thank you specifically to Nicole who is the best travel agent! Keep up the good, much appreciated!

I found Nikki extremely helpful. She was very knowledgeable and professional and courteous.
The only criticism I can think of is with the Flight Centre Computersystem itself. The tour to China that I wanted was in a different part of the tours section
on the Computer and was not with the other tours which made it difficult to find.

Staff at our local Flight Centre are wonderful . Knowledgeable and very passionate about giving customers a great experience. ( Kangaroo Flat )
