Had a great trip to London, flights (Cathay Pacific) and hotel (Royal National Hotel) were great. Good customer service at the hotel, very comfortable beds. Great shower and bathroom. The team leader Hailey from flight centre, was very helpful and very efficient in assisting me with all my travel plans. It was very easy to book with her and get exactly what I wanted. I am very pleased with everything to do with my booking and holiday.

Tarryn at Flight Centre in Campbelltown…
Tarryn at Flight Centre in Campbelltown was great when we booked our holiday in Singapore and Japan, the holiday was fantastic and the places we went to were terrific, I would recommend Tarryn at Flight Centre if you need to book a holiday overseas, if you go and book through online you may not get the full knowledge of aspects or visa requirements for the holidays or other enquiries you may have .

Very unprofessional service, with lots of mistakes
Two people from one family made a booking and one of them, had their name misspelled. Finally we found it after about two weeks later and went back for fixings that problem. We have to go through a passport check and with issue a new flight ticket. Our holiday will be ruined, thanks to people, which are working there. Never use them, never trust them.
